SCRUM
Scrum is a framework for managing software development. Scrum is designed for teams of three to nine developers who break their work into one-week to maximum four-week cycles, called "sprints", check progress daily in 15-minute stand-up meetings, and deliver workable software at the end of every sprint
Our team implements scrum framework to develop and deliver this site. Initially, we conduct sprint planning by doing estimation using ideal work time, breaking down each tasks and delegating them to appropriate member. Next each member will perform development and fulfill their own tasks on time. After that, qa member will check whether finished tasks meets with the actual requirement. If all of the tasks are considered done, we conduct sprint review in order to check whether there are points missing from the requirement and discuss how to present it afterwards. And finally after presentation, we do sprint restropective to get what we learn from this sprint, what have gone well, what haven't and what we need to improve. By implementing scrum, every member has fair and feasible task do finish, resulting the development and delivery of this site have gone very well, finished on time and met the requirement.
